fairy tale

I followed a trail of breadcrumbs through the woods with a Princess this weekend. What was your adventure?

I let a princess stay up late reading her book in bed. Apparently she needed to bellow, "Mommy," between chapters. Reading makes a princess very hungry.

I think I was a princess because after shlepping all the things that needed moving before the ogre storm arrived it turned into a mere gnome. Ergo, I didn't have to do a lot of pick-up, clean up and had a princess day today.

Lit--you are always a princess in my book. Especially when you volunteer to spend a day with my offspring. Thanks!

Jaz---When I spend the day with your princess I become an Empress. In my family we call that survival. No thanks needed; just passing on what my mom did for me. No doubt, the style is different.

Goo---Are you still there?

I'm still here, Lit, but I've been sick the last several days. I'm almost fit now. And I've got an idea for a short story, so I may go underground for a bit.

It is always so nice to know there are other princesses out there.

I checked the web site of your place of employment and did not spot the gobstopper. Please, post that so we can all huzzah over it.
